Avoiding The Wrong Colour For Your Home Feng Shui
Avoid Pink In Bedroom
Some people like to paint pink in bedroom because they like the romantic feeling but in home Feng Shui, it is being categorized as one of the fatal <大凶> . Pink colour tends to create the problem of third party interference, married couple relationship worsen, so do avoid in pink, especially in master bedroom.
Avoid Blue in Your Home
If you know a bit of English, you will know that blue represent a gloomy feeling, heard of "Monday Blue"? In fact, in the eastern side of the world, blue has the same temperament as it give a negative dull and gloomy feel. In the aspect of Feng Shui, blue give the lacking feeling of safety and security.
Take care When Use Black In Your House
Black is a colour choice that is out of place when you use in your house. Black colour is in the element of water when come in Feng Shui and also symbolize death and stillness. If you really want to be different, be sure to control the proportion of the black tone. Many designers will recommend the use of black in small area in the bathroom space.
Avoid Red Colour at All Cost In Home Feng Shui
Using big red in your house will give a visual feeling of overburdened. If you live in a glowing red house for a period of time, you will bound to have headache and causing people to act on impulse. Although red is not the colour to be use in wall, it still can be use in small furniture.
Gold Colour Lead to Nervousness
Gold represent noble and royal, but people will not like to have a house full of golden armour <满屋黄金甲>. Beside being too "Bling Bling" , it easily lead to nervousness and emotional depression.
Uniqueness does not play well in Feng Shui
It is not always good to be unique by decorating your house with wallpaper or curtain filled with beast and skeleton or any other unharmonious objects because it is deemed bad in Feng Shui perspective. It will tend to cause discomfort and easiness, so try to use colour that is mild and light, especially in the ceiling.

Green is an indispensable colour in a home but it is always good to have natural green like planting, instead of painting the whole wall with green.
Coffee Brown Not Suitable in Children Room and Dining Area
Elegant coffee brown seem wild, but in overall, it is still slightly dull, So it is best not to use the children's room or dining room. If you add a little high-brightness white or beige mix, then brown is a good choice.
Getting The Scare Out of Yellow
For those who suffer mental distress, yellow is a taboo colour to be use as it is too lively. If you choose yellow as the primary colour of your home, it will give you a feeling of being disturbed.
Do Not Use Orange Colour in Bedroom
Orange colour can be used in the dining area to increase your appetite, it can also used in the living room to bring up the liveliness, but never use orange in your bedroom. If not, you will suffer from insomnia.
