Saturday nite:
This vege has a special taste called "tong oh" love it. Simple stir fried is the best. Remember once I had it in Taipei they used for shabu~shabu n my fav!!
An impromptu dish, yet prepared n cooked in mins...It consist of russets potatoes, yam, carrot, tomato & mini king oyster mushrooms from Korea! Bie said, another yummy meal!! Xx
